How to Delete your IncidentGO app and Data

Please email support@incidentco.com to request deletion of your app and data. Please allow up to 15 days to fulfil the request. This request will delete all media files and contact information associated with your account. Due to the nature of our product, in some cases, we might be required to save media files regardless of your request. These instances include, court order, or when these media files are used as evidence in a court of law.
